Check whether the chosen mode requires an input image. A text prompt does not replace a required reference file. Video generation is asynchronous. Keep the task ID, wait for completion and retrieve the result. After a timeout, check the status first: submitting again can create another paid job.

What if a request does not finish?
Keep the request ID and check the request log. For asynchronous generation, check the existing job's status first. If the cause remains unclear, contact support with the ID, never the API key. Resubmitting may create another paid job.
